For Custom Bulk Project:
Each project is carefully curated and assembled to your specifications. Therefore, we like to have at least 3 weeks to complete our Custom Bulk Project process including design work, sourcing, gift assembly and shipping. At certain times of the year, we may require more notice based on availability. We do accept rush projects on a case by case basis. Please ask and we will do our very best to meet your deadline!

For Ready to Ship Collection:
Our gift hampers are artisan in nature and proudly made to order! Once you place your order, allow 1-3 business days for production plus transit time for delivery, not including the date your order was placed. (For example, if you place your order on a Monday, the latest your gift would ship out would be on Thursday).

During special time of the year, ready to ship products night take upto 7 working days.

Orders involving customization of any sort are non-cancellable once placed, under any circumstances.

Non-Personalized Orders:
For non-personalized orders, cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
